‘My Dream’ a 30-minute short film written and directed by Latha, produced as part of an awareness campaign to prevent child marriage by UNICEF and State Resource Centre, Tamil Nadu, got nominated for BEST DRAMA category at the CANNES shorts festival, France, and officially screened in Golden Giraffe Festival, France.
Winner of ‘Best Research Award’ at The First Hermetic Film Festival
‘VEDIC GPS’ a 50-minute research-based documentary on the ancient system of Vedic astrology, written and directed by Latha, produced by Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, won the BEST RESEARCH AWARD at The First Hermetic Film Festival, Venice and was officially screened at The Esoteric International Film Festival, Moscow.

‘A Different Language’ is a 15-minute film on education for hearing impaired children, written and directed by Latha, and produced by MGR Home for Hearing Impaired children, which won the prestigious CANNES CORPORATE and MEDIA AWARD, France.

‘THE ASCENT’ a feature-length screenplay written by Latha was one of three Winners in the CANADIAN WILDSOUND SCREENPLAY contest.

‘WHEN THE GODS DANCE’ an abridged version of the 36-part TV serial on the various dance forms of India, produced by Singapore TV-12, co-directed by Latha won the certificate of CREATIVE EXCELLENCE AWARD at the US International Film & Video Festival, Illinois.

A one-minute short music video performed and directed by Latha was shortlisted as best of ten at the ORK-KOTA DANCE PLATFORM, Budapest from over 1000 entries.
